Meet the Office Team
Sheboo is operated by a small Netherlands-based office team consisting of two women and one man. Our team shares a strong belief in the positive impact fashion can have on confidence and self-expression. We understand that clothing is personal and that the right piece can influence how someone feels.
With the customer in mind, our team carefully selects and manages our collections, coordinates orders with suppliers and fulfilment partners, manages the online store and continuously improves our products, services and overall shopping experience.
Our customer care team provides support with product information, sizing, orders, deliveries, returns, refunds and other customer enquiries. At Sheboo, every customer is treated as an individual — never simply as an order number or a size.
Sheboo is an online fashion retailer operated by Balanz Solutions, a business registered and managed in the Netherlands. From our Netherlands-based operation, we serve customers throughout the United Kingdom and Europe through our online store.
Sheboo does not currently operate a physical retail shop, showroom or customer service centre. Our registered business address is used exclusively for administrative and legal correspondence.
